Wanasema itafungua kesi dhidi ya kampuni ya Paramount Pictures na moja ya washirika wake kampuni kutoka China.

An insider from Zimbabwe's ruling government has posted information suggesting that longtime president of the African nation Robert Mugabe has collapsed.

Happyton Bonyongwe, the director-general of the Zimbabwean Central Intelligence Organisation, has reportedly tightened security at State House in Zimbabwe, a day after fears for Mr Mugabe's health surfaced, internet commenter Baba Jukwa said.-Baba Jukwa, an insider in the ruling Zanu-PF party who uses a Facebook page to expose corruption in the regime, on Saturday reported rumours that Mr Mugabe had collapsed.
However, he added that Mr Mugabe's press secretary, George Charamba, had denied that the President was ill.

There have been rumours for several years that Mr Mugabe, who turns 90 next month, has prostate cancer.

Baba Jukwa, who calls himself "a disgrunteld Zanu-PF insider", said on Saturday that Mr Mugabe had "gone on his final visit" to his doctor. Mr Mugabe had previously offered a $US300,000 reward for the unmasking of Baba Jukwa.

On this fateful day, the wife and her lover, met at their usual location (a hotel) to have their lovemaking session. The husband, at this time, got a call from his informant. He then busted into the hotel room and caught his pregnant wife in the act.
The husband reportedly took photos and started distributing them on social media.

There were also photocopier machines and different colours of oil paints. Pastor Akubuiro, admitted the crime before reporters, said he was “an ordained man of God” until the devil overwhelmed him. He further narrated that the criminal activity started in November 2012 in his house, along with his family members. Pastor Akubuiro also added he was not using the money for himself, but in support of the less-privileged and the needy in his congregation. He pleaded for leniency, saying men of God were often tempted like King David in the Bible, who though a man after God’s heart, fell many times yet was pardoned by God. SSS urged the public to be wary of the fake naira notes in circulation and report suspects to security agents.

A young Kenyan lady has been killed by her husband in Northolt, West London.  The lady, identified as  Shamim Gabriel was stabbed to death by the husband, Richard Otunga in front of their six-year old daughter.

It was the traumatised and crying daughter who called the police for help through the 999 emergency number while the killer dad was still on phone bragging to his father-in-law of how he had killed the woman after a domestic quarrel.

Police arrived at the scene within minutes but the woman was already dead.  The man was arrested and has been detained at a local police station for interrogation.

Kenyan neighbours who are friends to the young couple told the Standard that the house, which is now a scene of crime was still sealed off by the police as forensic experts continued to look for clues.

The obviously physically shaken daughter  who is allegedly still in tears is in the hands of specialists social services officers who have already started giving her counselling.

A statement sent to the Standard by the Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at approximately 07:00hrs on Sunday, 29 December to a residential address on Taywood Road, Northolt following reports of an injured woman. Officers and London Ambulance Service attended.

The 33-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene at 07:25hrs. Next of kin have been informed. We await formal identification.

A post-mortem examination will be held in due course. The Homicide and Major Crime Command is investigating. A 37-year-old man was arrested at the address on suspicion of murder and remains in custody at a west London police station.”

MICHAEL SCHUMACHER AMBAYE NI BINGWA WA MBIO ZA MAGARI MAARUFU HALI YAKE MAHUTUTI HOSPITALINI

GRENOBLE, France — Doctors treating Michael Schumacher refused Monday to predict an outcome for the seven-time Formula One champion, saying they were taking his critical head injury "hour by hour" following a skiing accident.
Chief anesthesiologist Dr. Jean-Francois Payen told reporters that Schumacher was still in a medically induced coma and doctors were focusing only on his current condition.
"We cannot predict the future for Michael Schumacher," said Payen, who is also in charge of Grenoble University Hospital's intensive-care unit.
"He is in a critical state in terms of cerebral resuscitation," he added. "We are working hour by hour."
Schumacher, the most successful driver in Formula One history, arrived at the Grenoble hospital a day earlier, already in a coma, and immediately underwent brain surgery.
The German driver was skiing with his son Sunday morning in the French Alpine resort of Meribel when he fell and hit the right side of his head on a rock. He was wearing a helmet, but doctors said it was not enough to prevent a serious brain injury. Payen said Schumacher would have died without the helmet.
Gerard Saillant, a trauma surgeon who operated on Schumacher when he broke his leg in a 1999 race crash, was at the hospital as a visitor. He told reporters that Schumacher's age — he turns 45 on Jan. 3 — and his fitness should work in his favor.
But the Grenoble medical team was cautious about Schumacher's prognosis.
They lowered his body temperature to between 34 and 35 degrees Celsius (93.2 to 95 degrees Fahrenheit) as part of the medically induced coma, which essentially rests the brain, slowing its metabolism to help reduce inflammation after an injury.
The neurology team at Grenoble University Hospital is recognized as among the best in France and the hospital, in a city that is the gateway to the French Alps, sees a large number of skiing accidents every year.
Schumacher has been seriously hurt before. In addition to the broken leg in a crash at the Silverstone race course, he also suffered serious neck and spine injuries after a motorcycle accident in February 2009 in Spain.
The area where Schumacher was skiing is part of a web of trails that slice down through a vast and, in parts, very steep snowfield. Although challenging, the snowfield is not extreme skiing. The runs are broad and neatly tended, and the ungroomed area in between, known as off-piste — where the resort said Schumacher was found — is free of trees.
The resort said Schumacher was conscious when first responders arrived, although agitated and in shock. But Payen said Monday that after the fall Schumacher was not in a "normal state of consciousness." He was not responding to questions and his limbs appeared to move involuntarily.
He was airlifted to a local hospital and then later brought to Grenoble. Doctors said that stopover was typical and did not affect his condition.
His wife and other family members were at his bedside.
"The family is not doing very well obviously. They are shocked," said his manager Sabine Kehm, who added that the family still appreciated the outpouring of support.
The French prosecutor in Albertville has opened an investigation into the accident, according to the Mountain Gendarmerie in Bourg-Saint-Maurice, which will participate in the probe. The goal is to determine the circumstances of the accident and what was responsible for it.
Formula One drivers and fans rushed to wish Schumacher a quick recovery.
"Like millions of Germans, the chancellor and members of the government were extremely dismayed when they heard about Michael Schumacher's serious skiing accident," German Chancellor Angela Merkel's spokesman, Steffen Seibert, said in Berlin.
Sebastian Vettel, for whom Schumacher was a boyhood idol, told German news agency dpa: "I am shocked and hope that he will get better as soon as possible."
Ferrari, which Schumacher raced for, expressed its concern in a statement.
"Everyone at Ferrari has been in a state of anxiety since hearing about Michael Schumacher's accident," it said, adding that company president, Luca di Montezemolo, and race team leader, Stefano Domenicali, were in contact with the family.
British former world racing champion Jenson Button said posted that his "thoughts are with Michael Schumacher at this tough time. ... Michael more than anyone has the strength to pull through this."
During his career, Schumacher won seven drivers' championships and 91 race wins. After initial success with the Benetton team, Schumacher moved to Ferrari and helped turn the Italian team into the sport's dominant force. After initially retiring in 2006, he made a comeback in 2010 and raced for three years with Mercedes.
